You may browse this site and use its forms to enquire about hosting an event. Please do not use it in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with the site or with other people's use of it.

Submitting a form on this site does not reserve a date or create a contract. A booking exists only once we have issued a written agreement and you have signed it.

Proposals and quotations are subject to availability and to the terms set out in them.

The capacities, dimensions and menu information published here are the figures we hold at the time of publication, and are maximums based on minimum staging and audiovisual. Additional items such as buffet tables, staging, dance floors or sponsor tables reduce capacity.

Menus and pricing change. Confirm details with your sales manager before relying on them.

The text, photography, floor plans and branding on this site belong to us or to our partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site links to our hotel partners, our audiovisual partner and a third party virtual tour. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Where this site and your signed booking agreement differ, the agreement applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
