We collect the information you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your company or organisation and its address
• Details about the event you are planning, such as dates, attendance, timings and whether you need catering, audiovisual or guest rooms
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and arrange a venue tour if you ask for one. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

We will only send you marketing email if you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by our website provider and are visible only to authorised members of our sales and catering team through a password protected page. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our booking records, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single cookie is used to keep staff signed in to the internal submissions page, and it is set only for those staff members.

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
