The conference centre provides accessible entrances, event spaces, elevators, washrooms and parking, with Para-Transpo pickup and drop-off access.

The indoor skybridge connecting the Hampton Inn by Hilton to the conference centre is not a wheelchair accessible route. Guests requiring accessible hotel access should contact our team in advance so we can confirm the route that will work for them.

If any part of your programme depends on a specific route between the hotels, the halls or the second floor, tell us when you book and we will walk it through with you.

Accessible parking is available in the heated underground garage, close to the elevators, at no cost. Para-Transpo picks up and drops off at the venue.

Tell your sales manager about accessibility requirements as early as you can. Room setups, seating, stage access, interpretation and dietary needs are all easier to plan into an event than to add on the day.

Our banquet and event teams can adjust table spacing, aisle widths and seating positions to suit guests using mobility devices.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this site, including keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images and sufficient colour contrast. The site also respects your operating system's reduced motion setting, which turns off the animated transitions.
